Nice one! How about splitting the video into two parts? Then upload them one week apart... might even help the marketing ;] Or you could try finding some visual design / film student in/near you city... they should know how Compressor of the Final Cut suite works (and have access to it)...
Just use window media maker and have it compress into wmv which will lose up to 70% size- quality would be a bit lower and the size is smaller but perfect for youtube or so. I'm not sure if you got both, Mac and PC.
Try squeezing it down to about 960x720, or 480x 360, with a bitrate of around 6800kb/s. Use h.264, or x264 if you've got it. You could also try uploading it else where and linking it here, (my suggestion: vimeo).
do you know the program "super" ? you can resize videos, put down the frames per second, and such stuff i'm no master of this program, but it's easy to handle, and you have some good results in sizing videos down. maybe you will try it out [link]
