So I commented about an older deviation of yours regarding heavy use of pure black. I'm a touch colour blind, but from what I can tell the black here is heavy also, slightly oppressive IMO. I really like your work, I just wonder what would happen if you started using very dark colours instead of blacks. Also don't forget the effect of radiosity (bounced light)...there's alot of light in the scene, so a little will bounce a hit the underside of the structures here, which could be shown with just a hint of colour and texture on the underside. Just my opinion. Check out Hideyoshi's stuff and I think you'll see what I mean.
